Andrew Barker and Tahlee Steele Selected to Represent Eastern Ranges in 2025

Mooroolbark Football Club is celebrating the selection of two of its standout juniors, Tahlee Steele and Andrew Barker, to the Eastern Ranges squads for the upcoming season.
Andrew Barker has been a formidable presence in the Ranges defensive line. Standing at 190 cm, he played 16 games for the Eastern Ranges last year, averaging 11.8 disposals, 3.8 marks, and 3.0 rebound 50s per game. His consistent performance has not only secured him a place in the Victorian Summer Hub but also led to his recent appointment to the leadership group of the U18 Boys in his second year with the team.
Tahlee Steele has been a standout talent in our Junior Club ranks. Last season, she showcased her dominance on the field by winning the Best and Fairest medal in the U18 A Girls competition, a testament to her consistency and skill. Alongside this achievement, she was also part of the Eastern Ranges squad, further solidifying her reputation as a rising star in women’s football. Her selection for another season with the Ranges highlights her potential and dedication to the game, making her one to watch in the years ahead.
The Mooroolbark Football Club community takes immense pride in the achievements of both Andrew and Tahlee. Their progression is an inspiration to teammates and younger players, showing the rewards of hard work and dedication. As they embark on this season with the Eastern Ranges, the entire Mooroolbark community stands behind them, eager to support and celebrate their future successes.
